Guided Environmental History walk

Last week Ian Armstrong, Biodiversity Manger, Sustainability Team, lead a group of Durham University MA Environmental History students on a guided walk of our estate.
Centred around Great Highwood, Ian shared his knowledge of ecology and local landscape features as well as biodiversity hotspots.
Dr Chris Courtney, Associate Professor at Durham University, reported students learned a great deal. We look forward to future collaborations with the History Department!
