HR-OD: An introduction to Unconscious Bias - This course is designed to raise awareness and develop your understanding of Unconscious or Implicit bias. It also aims to enable improved decision making, ensuring that we try to eliminate irrelevant factors that may influence us. The course takes approximately 30 minutes - 1 hour.
