In addition to teaching, you’ll benefit from having time allocated in which you can develop your research profile with the support of a mentor. As a Postdoctoral Research Associate, you’ll join us for a fixed term. It’s an opportunity to either lead your own research project or develop your own research ideas and research protocols, or help advance a significant research project led by another colleague.
You’ll need a good first degree, and you’ll also either have, or be close to submitting, a PhD in a related subject. Experience in conducting high quality academic research, and an ability to present research papers at conferences, and write for leading journals are also important.
