The School has achieved strong results in the QS 2026 Global MBA and Business Masters rankings, highlighting our industry links and commitment to graduate employability.
The announcement comes as we mark our 60th anniversary and expand teaching, research and partnerships with our new Waterside building.
These results reflect positive momentum for the School, with the Global MBA returning to the Top 100, the Online MBA advancing into the global Top 10, and the MSc Management rising to 42nd.
Professor Kieran Fernandes, Executive Dean of the Faculty of Business, said:
“These rankings recognise the strength of our partnerships with employers and the relevance of our programmes to modern careers. Advancing into the global Top 10 for our Online MBA and returning our Global MBA to the Top 100 reflect the collective work of our community. In our 60th anniversary year, and with the opportunities created by Waterside, we are deepening our collaboration with industry so that Durham graduates continue to thrive in a changing world.”
Our programmes are designed in collaboration with employers and shaped by real-world business challenges, consulting projects and practitioner insight. This approach equips our students with the skills most valued in today’s workplace, from data-driven problem solving to responsible leadership.
Through our dedicated careers service, we provide tailored coaching, skills development and global networking opportunities, with alumni mentoring and executive education extending this support well beyond graduation.
In our 60th anniversary year, we are extending across two sites, our established Mill Hill Lane location and the new Waterside building. Waterside provides a modern home for business education, where our students, academics and industry partners come together to co-create programmes, research and projects that address contemporary business challenges.
