The MBA Advisory Board is made up of academics and professional staff from the Business School plus senior executives from a corporate background whose close connections help ensure our MBA students are prepared for the real world of business. The MBA Advisory Board will support the aims and vision for the Durham MBA programmes: academic excellence, business relevance and engagement, an international perspective, career support and life-long learning.
The external members of the MBA Advisory Board are globally networked and representative of international business, as well demonstrating variety in roles, experience, thought, and specialism, displaying a high performance mindset and personal achievement.

Acting in a strategic consultative capacity, the MBA Advisory Board advises on strategic programme matters utilising their industry and commercial expertise.
Advice from the external members of the Board may be related to programme content and development, industry-related knowledge and understanding, key trends and developments across industry and how these influence individuals and the suite of MBA programmes, experience-based learning, careers/skills and professional development, business engagement, student and alumni achievement and international rankings performance.
