Rachelle is the Data and Systems Programme Manager at Skipton International. She is also a Non-executive director (apprentice) at Tufton Oceanic Assets Limited. She lives in the Channel Islands with over 15 years’ experience in senior roles across science, technology and finance. Specialising in ESG, she performs advisory and assurance services to the Asset Management industry. She has advised large corporates, both private and listed, on their ESG reporting requirements globally and the leveraging of technology within this field. Rachelle completed her MBA in 2021 with strategic case analysis of VISA an example of an incumbent within a rapidly transforming and complex ecosystem.

Rachelle also has experience in HSBC Global Asset Management as Product Governance and Sustainability Lead and earlier in her career as Business Lead in successful state-wide Medical Technology projects across NSW Australia where she coordinated professionals across government, health and technology organisations to successfully complete projects on time, to budget and scope.

Additionally, Rachelle is a qualified Medical Radiation Scientist with five years clinical experience working directly with patients, families and carers and conducting research on social impact related topics. This experience is a significant enabler for understanding the systemic effects of risk, especially climate risk and working within complex environments.
