How to Hire
Complete the Microsoft Hire Form to request equipment and confirm you agree to our terms and conditions.
The College will check availability and confirm your booking via email, including meeting invites for both the collection and return dates.
Collection will be arranged through the College Office or reception. At pickup, we will photograph the instrument/equipment to record its condition.
Return the item by the agreed date to the same location. The College will inspect its condition upon return.
