Returning Students Accommodation

Many students choose to live in rented accommodation around the City in their second year.

There is plenty of private rental accommodation in the City for those who choose to live out after their first year and you will receive help and advice on house-hunting from the JCR and Durham Students’ Union.

Many finalists choose to live in College as catered accommodation is more convenient and means they can concentrate on their degree work. The College welcomes applications for accommodation from all years and second, third and fourth year undergraduates are able to choose which room they want to live in before the start of the new academic year.
