New funded doctoral studentship.
Durham University is pleased to announce the availability of a funded doctoral studentship on medieval food and recipe collections to commence in October 2021.
This is a collaborative doctoral award with Blackfriars Restaurant, Newcastle-upon-Tyne and the University of Newcastle. Durham is the lead institution.
