Professor Stephen Tierney appointed Honorary KC

Stephen Tierney is Professor of Constitutional Theory at Edinburgh Law School and Distinguished Global Professor of Law at Notre Dame Law School, USA. His teaching and research interests are in the constitutional law of the UK, comparative constitutional law and the constitutional theory of the state, direct democracy and federalism.
