Behavioural Science Team (BeST)

We are a team of world-leading behavioural scientists based at Durham University who provide expert guidance and consultancy focused on understanding and influencing human behaviour.

Our expertise covers a wide range of topics, including equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace, leadership and decision making, and influencing consumer behaviour. In the public sector, we have focused on redesigning services to improve public health and well-being, as well as facilitating civility and pro-environmental behaviour using evidence-based behavioural insights.

We have a strong track record of successful consultancy and partnerships with public, private, and third sector organisations across the UK, US, and Europe.

Get in touch if you are looking for expert consultancy in behavioural science or if you are interested in collaborating with us or joining our team.

We welcome collaborators from all walks of life including academic collaborators, student collaborators, and collaborators from public, private, and third sectors.
