To access the facility, all internal users must complete an annual registration process. This registration period runs from 1st August to 31st July of the following year, and the registration form is available on the internal SharePoint site.

Internal users will receive initial training to enable them to operate the instruments such that they can conduct their research independently. Additional specialist support is available upon advance request.
The facility operates from 0700 to 1900. Independent users may extend their work hours until 2200 by following the Out of Hours protocol, available on the SharePoint site.
