The high-contrast LaB6 environmental SEM at our facility allows for the examination of samples in their natural state under a variety of conditions, including very high water vapour levels up to 3000 Pa and temperatures up to 60°C. This system, equipped with a suite of variable pressure detectors, delivers exceptional imaging quality, even for uncoated samples.
