Our Business School has reaffirmed its position among the world’s leading providers of online management education, ranking ninth globally in the Financial Times Online MBA Ranking 2026.
This marks the 13th consecutive year that the programme has ranked in the FT’s global top 10 – going back to when the ranking began in 2014.
The result adds to Durham’s strong performance across global rankings. The School is also in the world top 10 in the QS Online MBA Ranking 2026.
Meanwhile, the Durham MBA (Full-time) remains in the global top 100 of the Financial Times Global MBA Ranking 2026.
Durham performed strongly in career outcomes. Alumni reported an average salary of $203,421 three years after graduation, ranking the School sixth globally.
Graduates also experienced an average salary increase of 32%. This is Durham’s highest figure since 2017, placing the School eighth worldwide.
In addition, Durham ranked second globally and first in the UK for value for money, reinforcing the programme’s strong graduate salary growth and career progression.
The School ranked third globally and first in the UK for sector diversity, reflecting the wide range of professional backgrounds represented on the programme. Durham also placed in the global top 10 across all six measures of gender balance and international diversity.
