On the evening of 4th March 2025, Durham Law School welcomed Sir Jonathan Jones KC (Hon), Alex Horne and Emma Christie as speakers on “Perspectives on Public Law”, an event organised by the Durham Human Rights and Public Law Centre and the Durham student Law Society.

A new project marking 75 years of the European Convention on Human Rights has been launched by Jane Rooney and Dimitrios Kagiaros. The first meeting of HRPLC members interested in contributing to the project was held online on 1 April 2025
