Thoroughly enjoyed the course, it was the first relatively in depth online course that I have done, so I wasn't sure what to expect from the delivery but found it to be a very good platform to learn from.
The best part of this course is being able to take more diligent notes, pause the lecture, and being able go back and watch certain lessons again. I appreciate IBRU making this course available during the pandemic.
The content was just the right level for beginners to boundaries, but not overly basic, and there are so many situations, not just diplomacy where the lessons can be used especially in the area of conflict resolution, I actually found that these tips would work brilliantly at a micro-scale within a team setting, so a huge bonus that I wasn’t expecting!
Importantly I had a greater knowledge after the course than before. The video follow a logical order and are clear / well presented. Some of the graphics used could be of a better quality but is appreciated often rely on public data. Easy to access , clear explanation of the detail and well presented. Having not done anything academic for over 30 years my assessment submission was more of how I'd report in the business world. I appreciate the feed back as every day is a school day.
I liked the selection of an interesting and comprehensive syllabus (for an introduction) that was well designed and had a very clear logical and progressive structure. The exercise really complemented the material and opened plenty of doors for further thought on the subject.
