Since 2024, the IMEMS Learning Centre has provided online training in Medieval Latin and Early Modern English Palaeography, Codicology and Manuscript Studies, attracting a wide range of students from all over the world.
Our next course will feature Digital Humanities projects in Manuscript Studies as a way to showcase research in these areas as well as providing students with real-world examples of what can be achieved by following interdisciplinary digital approaches.
This Forge session is a call to arms. If you work on Digital Humanities in relation to manuscripts - digitisation, accessibility, automation, visualisation, annotation, description… - and would like to get involved and get your project showcased in our course, we warmly invite you to attend this session.
If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch with Manuel Muñoz (manuel.munoz-garcia@durham.ac.uk).
