Biography
My fascination with neuroscience led me to complete my BSc in Biology and Psychology at Durham University. I am now perusing my interest in neurogenetics as an MRes student in the Croset Lab. My project is focused on investigating how changes in glial signalling support the survival of drosophila during water deprivation, such as through promoting thirst-dependent behaviours and physiological adaptations. I will also aim to elucidate the interaction between thirst and circadian activity.
