Biography
Jiaming commenced his PhD program at Durham University Law School in 2023, focusing on legal transplant theory and corporate governance. He earned a Bachelor of Laws from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in China, and a Master of Laws degree from the University of New South Wales in Australia, specializing in Corporate, Commercial, and Taxation Law. Alongside his academic work, Jiaming is a practising lawyer in China and holds a China securities practitioner qualification.
