Staff profile

Julie is central to the effective management, strategy and leadership of the Institute as well as to its efficient administration. She works closely with the Executive Director and other academic colleagues and plays a key role in the Institute’s strategic planning. Critically, this involves identifying collaborations, creating joint research agendas, targeting and organising teams of researchers from different backgrounds, and facilitating teams to develop research and donor income. Julie leads the administrative team, and develops, implements and maintains the Institute’s administrative procedures and systems.
