Biography
As a historical and political geographer of resource extraction, my research focuses on the embodied and affective impacts of extractive industries. My PhD project “Patriotic mercury: Socialist extraction and embodied politics in Southwest China” is funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).
Supervised by Dr Jessica Lehman, Dr Marijn Nieuwenhuis, and Dr Christopher Courtney.
