Dr Simone Tarsitani

I am a Technical Specialist in the Music Department. I support research and teaching, combining my knowledge and skills in music and audio-visual technologies with my academic background as an ethnomusicologist. Since 2010 I have contributed to the development of the Department’s infrastructure, designing three new facilities (Audio-visual Documentation and Analysis Lab, Recording Studio, and Music and Science Lab) that significantly expanded the existing provision. I am the Department’s Health and Safety Coordinator and Web Officer, and contribute to teaching at UG and PG level.
