Through our range of collaborations with multinational companies, as well as governments and multinational agencies, we ensure that our current programmes and programme development are relevant and up-to-date with the needs of our clients, and our academic expertise makes an impact in the wider business world.
The School’s tailored programmes have their academic structure based on modules drawn from our Online MBA and EMBA programmes to ensure excellent academic standards, but the detailed content is developed through a close partnership between Durham’s academics and client companies.
Our work with Jeppesen (a Boeing Company), and Nissan illustrates this collaborative approach and shows how academic rigour and assessment can provide direct and immediate business relevance.

Jeppesen, a Boeing Company
Since 2013, we have collaborated with Boeing on various projects, including a Europe-wide management development programme. This programme, aimed at enhancing business and innovation management skills, was expanded globally in 2022.
