Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA)

What can I expect from a PBSA? 

Typically, a PBSA has services on site, a variety of study and social spaces and the rent includes all bills.   

Rooms are let on an individual basis. Room types are usually studio, or ensuite study bedrooms with shared living facilities for cooking, dining and relaxing.

Most of the time you are there all your neighbours will be students however it is worth noting this may not be the case all year round. 

How are PBSAs managed? 

PBSAs are managed by professional operators who are responsible for lettings, maintenance, student welfare and compliance.
