Sustainability has become a key concern across disciplines, prompting urgent reflection on how legal systems can contribute to more just, resilient, and future-oriented societies. While other areas of law have engaged with sustainability in more focused and systematic ways, this has been less common in family law. This conference offers an opportunity to explore, question, and critically examine the concept of sustainability from the perspective of family law.
