Abstract

As Ukraine’s universities navigate the challenges of war, the internal dynamics of academic life are undergoing significant changes. This seminar will examine how the war has influenced the motivation and engagement of students and faculty, the evolution of teaching methods, and the adoption of new educational technologies. We will also explore how perceptions of educational quality have shifted in response to these extraordinary circumstances. Additionally, the seminar will address the broader impact of the war on university operations, including the challenges and opportunities presented by these changes. By analyzing these factors, we aim to understand how universities can adapt to ensure continuity, maintain educational standards, and support the academic community in the face of ongoing adversity. This discussion will offer practical insights into managing educational challenges and emphasize the importance of innovation and flexibility in sustaining academic excellence during times of war
