Biography
Prior to pursuing her doctorate, Wei completed an MSc in Physiotherapy from Cardiff University and a BSc in Rehabilitation Therapy from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine (NUCM), China.

Research
Wei's research is centered around exploring and developing communication resources to promote physical activity, particularly among individuals with disabilities, and to contribute to public health initiatives. The research delves into the development and exploration of effective communication strategies that can empower adults with disabilities to engage in physical activity. By studying the intersection of communication and physical activity, Wei aims to bridge gaps and create communication resources that enable individuals with disabilities to lead healthier and more active lifestyles. Through the research, Wei seeks to make a meaningful impact on public health and contribute to the well-being of the public.
