Marketing Packages

Our Marketing Packages are designed to support your recruitment efforts.

  • On-Campus Plasma Screens (term time only)
    There are several options to advertise on our screens located in the Teaching and Learning Centre and the Palatine Centre, home of the Law School. Prices start from £70 to promote your company, vacancies, and any information you think would be of interest to our students. 

  • C&E Weekly Email Bulletin (term time only)
    An email bulletin is sent to all Durham University students every Thursday. The bulletin links to our events calendar and vacancy portal, where they can apply for jobs such as graduate schemes, placements and internships, etc. For £170, you can advertise your company and display your logo to our student cohort in one bulletin. 

  • Social Media Promotion
    Our Social Media package includes posts on the Careers and Enterprise Durham University Facebook and/or Instagram pages (2 posts in total, and you decide which platform). We can also promote the adverts on our careers portal used by our students to search for events and vacancies. This package is £175.

The  Portable Plasma Screens move around campus to capture student attention and engagement with career events, activities and opportunities. Display your advertising in image or video format, or book exclusive use of the screen to display as much content as you like! Prices from £70 +VAT.  

Imagine your message grabbing the attention of potential candidates at key locations and events. Whether it is an impactful image or a dynamic video, the portable plasma screen provides an engaging canvas. Plus, with exclusive reservation, your content takes centre stage.

Exclusive use of Digital Boards:

  • Up to 5 items (image or up to 30sec video clip)
  • £70+VAT per day
  • £300+VAT per week (exc. Weekends)

Non-exclusive use of Digital Boards:

  • 1 item (image or up to 30sec video clip)
  • £175+VAT per week (Mon-Fri)

Images or videos in the following dimensions: 1080px width x 1920px height (preferred file types are AVI for videos, and PNG or JPG for images).

An email bulletin is sent to all Durham University registered students every Thursday. The bulletin features careers events taking place the following week, as well as graduate roles and work experience opportunities. It includes links to our Events Calendar and Vacancies Portal, where students can book events or apply directly.

Employers can choose to feature an Employer Advert within the weekly C&E weekly student bulletin. This advert will appear at the top of the email, with your organisation’s logo prominently displayed.

The cost for one employer advert is  £170+VAT.

Job advert

Using our Social Media is a great way to raise the profile of your organisation and/or event and help you to recruit the best talent.

The marketing package consists of:

  • An advert at the top of the events/opportunities page on the Careers Portal, where students search for events or vacancies, displayed for one week with dimensions of 1070px width x 339px height
  • One social media post on Facebook
  • One social media post on Instagram

The cost of this package is £175+VAT and availability is limited to one package each week.
