This award honours students who have actively pursued opportunities that have developed their employability skills and exceled in their engagement across various university initiatives

This award recognises students who have demonstrated significant personal growth, evolving from limited experience or confidence to increased self-awareness and capability. They actively engage in professional development, seeking opportunities through workshops, mentorship, and extracurricular activities while taking initiative in leadership roles and teamwork. Their impact extends beyond personal growth, as they contribute to the university community, support peers, and reflect on their journey to continuously improve and develop their skills.
