Professor Kieran Fernandes

Professor Kieran Fernandes is Executive Dean of Durham University Business School and Professor of Operations Management. As Executive Dean, he leads a School whose mission includes creating positive change through research, education and engagement. The Policy Hub supports that ambition by helping research inform decisions and by strengthening relationships with policy, business and civic communities.

Professor Bernd Brandl

Director, Policy Hub | Professor, Durham University Business School

Professor Bernd Brandl is Director of the Policy Hub and a Professor at Durham University Business School. His research addresses methodological, empirical and theoretical questions in employment relations and international human resource management. As Director, he provides strategic and operational leadership for the Hub, developing partnerships, supporting research translation, building policy-engagement capability and convening dialogue across the School's policy community.
