Dryburn Court is located just over one and a half miles from Elvet Riverside, two miles from the library and two and a half miles from Howlands Farm.
Durham city centre is within easy reach, approximately 25 minutes' walk away or a 5–10 minute bus journey. Local amenities are also nearby, with convenience stores approximately 15 minutes' walk away in Framwellgate Moor or approximately 25 minutes' walk away on North Road.
Car parking is available at Dryburn Court, and there is also a small playground for children.
Brackenbury provides 48 single ensuite rooms offering plenty of space. Each room is furnished with a single bed and mattress, storage options, study desk, carpet and curtains.
The adjoining ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower, mirror, sink and toilet.
Keenan House provides accommodation for single residents, couples and families.
Keenan House provides 46 single rooms within shared two-bedroom flats. Two private single rooms are provided within each enclosed flat, with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.
Each bedroom offers plenty of space and includes multiple storage options and a desk.
Keenan House also provides one, two and three-bedroom flats for couples and families with children.

Each pack contains: sheets, duvet, 2 pillows, duvet cover, 2 pillow cases and towels.
