Collections and Censorship
Durham University Library and Collections subscribe to the IFLA (International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions) Statement on Censorship (2019) as our guiding principle to maintain collections that ensure our users have access to different viewpoints which may differ from their own views and challenge their thinking. We remind readers that applying critical thinking and research skills is important when using any piece of writing or research.
