Fausto Guzzetti is the General Director of the Office for Technical and scientific activities for the prediction and prevention of risks.
Dr Bhim Kumar Dahal is an assistant professor in Geotechnical Engineering at the Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University, in Kathmandu, Nepal.
