Placements

Many courses at Durham offer the option to apply for 9-12 months gaining valuable work experience as part of your degree.  Employers often look for work experience as well as academic achievement when choosing staff and a placement will give you the opportunity to put the knowledge and skills you learn on your course into practice in a real-world setting. 

Why do a placement year?
