Classics Teacher Training returns to Durham!

After several decades, teacher training in Classics is now available once again at Durham thanks to a partnership between the School of Education and the Department of Classics and Ancient History.
The first cohort began their studies in September 2022 and students are currently enjoying their school placements, supported by experienced mentors. Placement schools are in Durham and Newcastle in 2022-2023 but we hope to expand the number of placements.
