If you are a teacher or adviser, please use the form below to request a visit for your school, college or sixth form. Once you have completed the form, we aim to confirm a decision within 10 working days, however during busy periods we may take a little longer.

Which key stages do you work with?

We work with Upper Key Stage 2 (UKS2), Key Stage 3 (KS3), Key Stage 4 (KS4), and Key Stage 5 (KS5) students in the North East. For all other areas, we work with KS5 students only. We are happy to attend events where KS3 and KS4 students are present, if KS5 students are also in attendance e.g. HE Fairs.

What type of events can I book?

We are happy to attend HE Fairs, virtual events and deliver talks/workshops at your school or college. You can find a list of talks we currently deliver on our Talks and Assemblies webpage.

Are there any events that you don't attend?

We do not attend parents' evenings or open evenings. We are also unfortunately unable to deliver 1-2-1 feedback sessions on personal statements, or mock interviews. Thank you for your understanding.

Are there any restrictions on how many visits we can request?

We are typically able to attend only one event per academic year at schools and colleges located outside the North East, Yorkshire and the Humber. If you would like us to attend both a Higher Education Fair and deliver a talk within the same academic year, we would encourage you to schedule these on the same day. Where possible, we will aim to support both activities through a single visit.

Within the North East, we can usually commit to a maximum of three visits per academic year. This would normally include attendance at no more than one Higher Education Fair and one talk per year group.

Please note there are no restrictions on requests for presentations relating to our access programmes, or participation in virtual events.
