Mark Hillery Arts Centre

Collingwood’s Mark Hillery Arts Centre is a state-of-the-art studio theatre and music venue at the heart of the college’s creative life. 

Opened in 2018, the space was designed for flexibility, supporting everything from intimate performances to full-scale productions. Its adaptable layout allows for a wide range of staging configurations, while professional-grade lighting, sound and rigging enable ambitious, technically accomplished work across theatre, music and performance. 

Beyond theatre, the Arts Centre hosts live music, film screenings, rehearsals, workshops and student-led productions, making it a dynamic, multi-purpose creative hub. It is a space where ideas are developed, skills are refined, and performances are brought to life. 

At Collingwood, the Arts Centre is not just a venue: it is a platform for creativity, collaboration and expression.
