We advise that you read through all FAQs prior to submitting a new question. It is likely that we may have already answered any questions that you may have either within the FAQs or our webpages.

Get in touch
For the quickest and most effective response, please use the form below to contact our team.
Submitting an enquiry through this form ensures your message reaches the right team member and can be responded to as efficiently as possible.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 5 business days. If you have already submitted an enquiry and it has been fewer than 5 business days, please do not submit another form. Your original enquiry will still be in our queue, and submitting a duplicate may delay our ability to respond efficiently.
Thank you for your patience while we work through enquiries as quickly as possible.
Undergraduate Enquiries – Results and Clearing
The UCAS results embargo has now ended, and our team is able to respond to enquiries relating to college membership and accommodation.
We received a significant number of enquiries during the embargo period which, due to UCAS restrictions, we were unable to fully respond to at the time. We are now working through these enquiries as quickly as possible, alongside processing college membership and accommodation following results and Clearing.
If you contacted us during the embargo period and are still waiting for a response, you do not need to contact us again. Your enquiry remains in our queue and we will respond as soon as we can.
We appreciate that this is an important and busy time for applicants and their families. Thank you for your patience while our team works through the increased volume of enquiries.
If you have submitted a new enquiry, please allow up to 5 working days for a response. Sending the same enquiry more than once will not result in a quicker response and may make it more difficult for us to work through enquiries efficiently.
